Replacement Windows And Doors
Double Glazed Windows & Doors
If you still have timber/steel windows/doors, I can introduce you to the huge benefits of uPVC double glazing.
You may already have uPVC double glazing, but it may be looking tired or be quite inefficient, and increasing your heating bills.
I install the latest uPVC frames, which these days come with a rating system, similar to appliances like washing machines, with G being the least efficient, and A the best.
The minimum required for domestic homes is a ‘C’ rating, and some companies use this, then charge extra to ‘upgrade’. I install ‘A’ rated as standard (where applicable), as this is what I would specify for my own home, so why not yours too.
All my replacement windows and doors come with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee, which underwrites my personal guarantee, and ensures you and your new windows/doors are covered. This is not always a standard thing offered by companies, but I incude it with every window and door I install, for customer peace of mind.
Certass are an approved government body, that deal with the building control certification for replacement windows and doors. By me being a member, I am allowed to ‘self-certify’, that the new windows and doors I am fitting into your home, comply with the latest building regulations. Once I have completed the work, Certass will send you a certificate, certifying that your new windows and doors comply. This certificate is very important, as it is required if you sell your home these days.
